My signature twist: a golden challah ring, braided like the loaf you grew up with, finished like a bagel — brushed with olive oil and topped with wild za'atar, or caramelized onion and a bright sumac finish.

My Story
A little dough, a lot of love
Shadough started in my home kitchen in Chandler, Arizona, with one recipe: a rich, buttery chocolate babka. Today I still bake everything in small batches — braiding, swirling, and proofing by hand — so every order tastes like it came from someone's kitchen. Because it did.
